From the rugged hills of the Western Cape’s Piketberg region comes this vivid green extra virgin olive oil, pressed from 100% Nocellara olives grown on the boutique Wereld Geluk Farm. A celebrated Italian cultivar originally from Sicily, Nocellara thrives in the Cape’s Mediterranean climate, producing an oil of exceptional freshness and complexity.
This 2024 single-cultivar harvest bursts with green fruitiness, offering notes of fresh-cut grass, artichoke, and green tomato, followed by a balanced bitterness and a satisfying peppery finish — a hallmark of early-harvest high-polyphenol oils.
Hand-picked and cold-pressed within hours, this oil is vibrant and alive, ideal for drizzling over grilled vegetables, finishing salads, or dipping with crusty sourdough. It’s an expression of place, craft, and cultivar — robust, grassy, and unapologetically green.
