Not all honey tastes the same.  Our speciality honey is sourced from different plant species and the taste and flavour of the honey reflects the plant species that the bee pollinates.  In that way honey is similar to extra virgin olive oil in terms of its vast array of different tastes and flavour notes.  Not all extra virgin olive oil tastes the same and nor does honey!

Our raw honey is sourced locally from pristine locations in unblemished nature where bees thrive. It is full of natural goodness, and is unfiltered, unpasteurized and contains no additives. It is never heated above hive temperature, and it is bottled by hand ensuring minimal processing and preserving all natural enzymes, minerals and probiotics.
