High in the Stellenbosch mountains lies Protea Hill Farm, where vinegar maker Martin creates an extraordinary collection of artisan vinegars.

Many of the fruits and herbs used in his creations are grown on the farm, where the mountain air, changing seasons and surrounding landscape provide inspiration for some wonderfully unusual flavour combinations.

From ripe tomatoes and fragrant raspberries to aromatic herbs and delicate citrus, each vinegar has its own personality. Some are bright and refreshing, others rich and deeply savoury, but all reflect Martin's remarkable understanding of flavour and the art of vinegar making.

How much does delivery cost?

Courier delivery anywhere in South Africa is priced by weight and shown before checkout. Retail orders over R3,000 ship free.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, collection is free from our Paarden Eiland shop or the Oranjezicht City Farm Market at the V&A Waterfront. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes. Approved trade customers see wholesale prices once they log in. A minimum order of R3,000 applies for wholesale discounts. Apply for a trade account.
