Through a physical refining process, the characteristic coconut aroma and flavor are removed, leaving a clean, neutral oil that allows the true flavors of your ingredients to shine. It is the ultimate stable fat for high-heat cooking.
The Science: With a high smoke point of 232°C, this oil is far more heat-stable than virgin coconut oil. It is rich in Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs), specifically Lauric Acid, which provides clean energy for the body and brain without the oxidative stress caused by less stable seed oils.
Best For: High-heat frying, roasting, and professional baking where a neutral flavor profile is essential.
