Our food-grade Apricot Kernel Oil is pressed from apricot kernels and has a smooth texture, subtle almond-like flavour and gently fruity fragrance. It recalls the character of almond and peach kernel oils without overwhelming a dish.

Its delicate flavour makes it especially appealing in baking, dressings, roasted vegetables and light cooking.
