Our Sesame Seed Oil is cold pressed, allowing the natural character of the sesame seeds to come through without the intense roasted flavour associated with toasted sesame oil.
Unlike toasted sesame oil, which is generally used in small quantities for its strong flavour, this oil is much more versatile. Its gentler taste makes it suitable for everyday culinary use as well as dressings, marinades and finishing.
Sesame oil has a long culinary tradition and is particularly at home in Asian, Middle Eastern and Indian-inspired cooking.
How to use it
Ideal for:
