Produced from organically grown apples harvested from the biodynamic orchards of Vergesig Farm in Piket-Bo-Berg. The apples are cold pressed to extract their juice, which is then naturally fermented to create a raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar containing the natural mother.
Made from certified organic apples and crafted using traditional fermentation methods, this vinegar contains no concentrates, additives or shortcuts—just authentic apple cider vinegar made from South African apples.
