These carefully cultivated apples are cold-pressed and naturally fermented to create a beautifully distinctive apple cider vinegar that celebrates the character of the fruit and the region from which it comes.
Raw and unfiltered, the vinegar retains the mother, giving it its characteristic cloudy appearance and reflecting its traditional production.
With its lively acidity and natural apple character, it’s wonderfully versatile in the kitchen.
