5L Kashmiri Cold-Pressed Walnut Oil – Unrefined

Our Kashmiri Cold-Pressed Walnut Oil is a premium, unrefined oil produced from walnuts grown in the Kashmir region of India, an area renowned for its long tradition of walnut cultivation.

Kashmiri walnuts are prized for their rich kernels and distinctive natural flavour. Grown in the cool mountainous environment of the Kashmir Valley, they have been cultivated in the region for generations and form an important part of its agricultural heritage.

The walnut kernels are cold pressed rather than highly refined, preserving the oil's natural character, colour and beautifully rich, nutty flavour.

How to use it

Ideal drizzled over salads, roasted vegetables and freshly baked bread; used in vinaigrettes and dressings; paired with cheeses; incorporated into dips and sauces; or used in baking and desserts where a natural walnut flavour is desired.

Because it is cold pressed and unrefined, it is best used as a finishing oil or for cold and lower-temperature applications rather than high-temperature frying.
