Straight from the heart of our little farm in Wellington comes the first press of the 2026 season. This isn't just olive oil; it’s a vibrant, living expression of the Western Cape summer. We’ve selected only the most extremely green olives—a masterful blend of robust Coratina, classic Frantoio, and the rich complexity of Kalamata.
Cold-pressed to preserve every ounce of its soul, this oil leaps out of the bottle with medium-to-intense herbaceous notes and a peppery finish that tells you it’s packed with healthy polyphenols. Drizzle it over sourdough, finish a grilled steak, or let it be the star of your summer salads.
