Produced from six olive cultivars in the Little Karoo, this new-season extra virgin olive oil is cold pressed on the day of harvest. Fresh grassy notes, a smooth mouthfeel and a gentle peppery finish make it a versatile choice for salads, dipping and everyday meals.
Freshness is central to this oil: olives are pressed on the day they are picked, capturing the character of the new season. A blend of Mission, Frantoio, Kalamata, Leccino, Coratina and Nocellara brings together freshness, balance and an approachable finish.

The EVOO and Pure Avocado oils are exactly what I was looking for. I love the fact that there is the option to order the 5L in 500ml tins, which keeps the unused oil sealed until ready for use.
