Coconut Oil is fabulous for healthy cooking and you can also use it as a body oil. It has a natural warm effect as you rub into your skin.
This great all-rounder with its low smoking point is ideal for frying - especially great to get streaky bacon crispy, and pairs well with a combination of real butter.
