Into this golden oil, we steep wild garlic and hand-picked rosemary — gently releasing their deep, earthy essence. The oil is then cold-smoked using real wood, not artificial smoke flavour, creating a rich, layered oil that brings together herb, smoke, and fruit in perfect harmony.
