We start with premium cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and naturally infuse it with dried chilli and garlic. The oil is then gently cold smoked over real wood to deepen the aroma and add a toasty finish.
The result? A complex, aromatic oil that elevates everything from chargrilled steak to roast veg, soups and even pizza.
How to use it
- Drizzle over grilled meat just after resting — especially steak or lamb chops
