Hand-picked at peak ripeness in the Franschhoek Valley, a region celebrated for its wine and food, this small-batch blend of Leccino, Frantoio, Mission, and Coratina olives delivers a flavour as rich and complex as the valley itself.
The taste is fresh and herbaceous with fruity notes, hints of apple and artichoke, and a rich, velvety mouthfeel that’s beautifully balanced with a pleasant bitterness and peppery finish.
