We press it from perfectly ripe, South African Haas avocados — not the seed, but the rich green pulp where the good fats live. That’s what gives our oil its vibrant green hue, smooth mouthfeel, and nutty, buttery flavour.
Rich in monounsaturated fats, oleic acid, and antioxidants, this oil supports heart health, aids nutrient absorption, and nourishes skin from the inside out.
Use it in salads, on roasted veg, or even for frying. It’s a clean, nutritious alternative to seed and vegetable oils — and it tastes amazing too.
A note on taste & colour Our avocado oil is cold-pressed from the pulp — not refined — so it looks, smells, and tastes like a real avocado. Expect a deep green colour, a grassy-buttery earthy aroma, and a flavour that's noticeably richer than the pale, neutral oils you may have seen before.
If you're used to refined avocado oil, this will taste different — and that's the point. You're tasting the actual fruit, not a processed version of it. Most customers who try it become converts. A few prefer the milder refined style — and that's okay too.
But a warning it is not a neutral-tasting oil. If you are looking for a mild avocado oil for mayonnaise or everyday cooking, choose our Avocado Pure.

African Oils Avocado Oil 5L is the best and the main ingredient used in my homemade crispy chilli jars. 🌶️❤️🥑 the avocado oil is subtle enough but tasty.
Avocado oil has become my go-to cooking oil. I use it regularly for frying, and it handles high heat extremely well without smoking or affecting the taste of the food. I also use it in salad sauces and dressings, where the mild, smooth flavour doesn’t overpower fresh ingredients and blends beautifully into sauces. Because of its quality and versatility, I’m now preserving snacking peppers in avocado oil as well, which says a lot about how confident I am in using it. Overall, it’s a high-quality, versatile oil that works perfectly for both cooking and cold use. Highly recommended.

Taste like fresh avos! Think and creamy.
Absolutely love the product, but it got damaged in transit.... Maybe add more package fillingand add an right side up and fragile sticker to the box. Ours didn't have that. It got badly smashed and leaked a bit, but the oil is lovely

Good quality Avocado oil!
The smell is very strong and unpleasant. Leaves the food, fried eggs and popcorn with such a bad taste. Not sure if the oil is off or what the issue is but i have tried contacting you several times and the call never gets connected.

Great quality & value. Tip: if moving from sunflower oil, you'll have to increase the temperature at which your fry to get crispy chips, else the chips will soak too much oil, but still delicious even when this happens!
I have never tried Avocado oil before, but I've always wanted to. This product did not disappoint. The flavour is subtle avocado and not overpowering, making it ideal for salads and cooking. I made mayonnaise with this oil and it is one of the best tasting home made mayonnaise I've ever made.
Iv now tried the avocado oil, macadamia oil and olive oil and am impressed with all 3’s quality and service delivery. Il be ordering again for sure God willing.
