Meet our Halkidiki & Nocellara Olives — hand-picked from our little farm nestled in the fertile valleys of Wellington, Western Cape, where the soil, the climate, and the care that goes into every harvest produce something truly special.

The star of the show is the Halkidiki — and she demands attention. One of the largest olive varieties in the world, the Halkidiki is an impressive, generously-sized olive with a firm, satisfying bite and a clean, mild flavour that makes it the perfect canvas for what comes next. Meaty, substantial, and utterly gorgeous on a platter — this is the olive that stops people mid-conversation.

Alongside her, the Nocellara brings its own quiet confidence — firm, bright, and buttery, with a fresh fruitiness that balances the blend beautifully.

Both varieties are traditionally pickled in a classic brine with a hit of garlic and fragrant bay leaf, allowing the flavours to develop slowly and naturally. Then, finished with a generous drizzle of olive oil over the top — aromatic, herbaceous, and utterly irresistible.
