Buttery richness. Delicate nutty flavour.
Hidden beneath the exceptionally hard shell of the macadamia lies a creamy kernel prized for its delicate sweetness and natural oil content.
Our Extra Virgin Macadamia Oil is pressed from ripe macadamia nuts soon after harvesting, producing a smooth, golden oil with gentle nutty fragrance and a rounded buttery finish. It adds richness without overwhelming other ingredients.
Its flavour makes it versatile for frying, roasting, baking, dressings and finishing. The illustrated tin makes it a thoughtful gift for adventurous cooks.
