African Oils’ Extra Virgin Basil Olive Oil is made, using the traditional Italian “Agrumato” method whereby whole olives are crushed along with the freshest basil leaves. This method produces a rare, unique basil Olive oil which captures the full flavours of the olives and leaves in perfect balance. Here are a few ideas for using basil extra virgin olive oil:

• Use it as a marinade for meats and fish. The basil flavour will infuse into the dish and add a nice depth of flavour.
