A celebrated Italian cultivar originally from Sicily, Nocellara thrives in the Cape’s Mediterranean climate, producing an oil of exceptional freshness and complexity.
This 2024 single-cultivar harvest bursts with green fruitiness, offering notes of fresh-cut grass, artichoke, and green tomato, followed by a balanced bitterness and a satisfying peppery finish — a hallmark of early-harvest high-polyphenol oils.
