Hailing from an isolated valley nourished by mountain-fed rivers, the olives grow in lime-rich soils under crisp, sunlit skies. Crafted from Mission, Frantoio, Kalamata, Lecino, Coratina, and Nocellara cultivars, Karoo Gold reflects the Mediterranean-style terroir of the region — elegant, honest, and full of character.
Pressed in 2025, Karoo Gold is best enjoyed raw — drizzled over salads, stirred into hummus, or simply paired with crusty bread and a pinch of salt. Experience olive oil as it was meant to be: fresh, natural, and full of life.
