All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point.
We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
All cards are accepted as per PayFast regulations.
EFT's are accepted on request - Please send the name / description of the product you are intrested in to Daniel at email@example.com.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
NO REFUNDS however we will provide you with a voucher to the value of the returned product/s providied that:
it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;
it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).
you return within 30 days (or 7 days for products marked “SALE”) of delivery to you or collection by you of the unwanted product. After 30 days (or 7 days for products marked “SALE”), you can only return a product if it is defective within 3 months from delivery to or collection by you.
Products damaged on delivery
Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us of such delivery / collection by contacting Daniel @ firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will be in touch to make arrangements to inspect the damaged products. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, repair / replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair / replacement is possible) or provide a voucher. Vouchers are normally handled within 8 days of logging the damages. Repairs and replacements could take longer, depending on parts / replacement availability.
